Answer: Yes, the certifications are required for all applications received after the effective date of the rules, regardless of the type of equipment or whether the equipment is produced by an entity identified on the Covered List as producing “covered” equipment.

申請商聲明申請公司及設(shè)備是否在FCC禁止清單“Covered List”里，申請商簽字。
